Create / Update Email Signature in Microsoft Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and click on the “File” tab.

  2. Click on “Options” and then click on “Mail”.

  3. Scroll down to the “Signatures” section and click on “Signatures…”

  4. In the Signatures and Stationary window, click on “New” to create a new signature.

  5. Type in a name for the signature, for example “New Signature”.

  6. In the Edit Signature section, type in your desired signature text, including any images, links or logos.

  7. Click “OK” to save the new signature.

  8. Back in the Signatures and Stationary window, select the new signature from the dropdown list under “Choose default signature”.

  9. Choose “New messages” and “Replies/forwards” from the dropdown list under “Use this signature” and then click “OK”.

  10. Close the Signatures and Stationary window and you’re done! Your new signature will appear on all new emails and replies.
