Download and Run TeamViewer QuickSupport for Remote Help

Need hands-on help? Our support team uses TeamViewer QuickSupport to securely access your computer (with your permission) and troubleshoot issues in real time.

Follow the steps below to connect quickly and safely.

1. Visit the QuickSupport Download Page

Go to our official QuickSupport link:

⚠️ Heads up!
The page may say “Loading TeamViewer”, but nothing will actually open on its own.
Look at the top-right of your browser for a file download prompt — that’s where the QuickSupport file is being downloaded.

2. Open the Downloaded File

  • The file is usually named something like:
    TeamViewerQS.exe

  • Click the file to open it — no installation is needed.

🛑 If you’re using a browser like Chrome or Edge, look for the downloaded file near the bottom-left (Chrome) or top-right (Edge/Firefox).

3. Accept the License Agreement

When you run the app for the first time, it will prompt you to accept the EULA (End User License Agreement).
✔️ Click "Accept" to continue.

4. Wait for QuickSupport to Load

Once launched, QuickSupport will open a small window with connection info.

In most cases, you won’t need to send us anything manually. Our technician will initiate the session and you’ll receive a prompt asking if you'd like to allow remote control.

5. Approve the Connection Request

You will see a pop-up from TeamViewer asking you to approve the incoming connection request from CalTec.
Click “Allow” or “Yes” to grant access.

🔒 You're always in control. You can watch everything we do and end the session at any time by closing the app.

🔁 Alternate Method (If Needed)

In rare cases, we may ask for:

  • Your TeamViewer ID

  • Temporary session password

These will be displayed in the QuickSupport window. You can share them via:

✅ After the Session

Once we’re done, you can simply close the TeamViewer QuickSupport window.
There’s no installation or cleanup needed.
